Brewery and The Beast

Another week begins to unfold at the farm and we are off and running.  This coming Sunday sees us in Victoria at Phillips Brewery cooking up a plate full of yummy BBQ.
We are participating in 'Brewery & The Beast'.  We are really excited to be there alongside some of Vancouver Island's top chefs serving up our signature Highland Beef.

We are pretty sure that this event is sold out, but it doesn't hurt to ask.....  for those of you who have tickets - we are looking forward to seeing and feeding you!

An evening and event to remember!

Another beautiful sunny day closes out at 'The Barn' as the doors are opened to the Cowichan Valley Wine & Culinary tasting event, 'Savour! at The Barn'.

We are thankful to have had the opportunity to share in this experience.  Fabulous local Wineries, great music, limo service to the door, amazing food and to cap it off, a lovely addition of tea from our gracious friends over at 'The Tea Farm'.

A huge thank you to all of those individuals who came out and supported the local wine and culinary segment of our beautiful valley ~ you loyalty and commitment does not go unnoticed.  

September brings with it a crisp fall air filled with the scents of the harvest.  The skies change ever so slightly as the leaves on the trees take on vibrant hues of oranges, reds and yellows.
On the farm, we are preparing for our first Harvest Supper.

To maintain the quality both of the food we are serving and the level of service we are one again limiting the number of tickets to this event.
